Building Automation Systems came out of necessity to fill a void in service that was required in our city. Our customers were frustrated with the outrageous cost associated with installing and servicing traditional types of control systems. The rising costs of energy and the lack of response from corporate run industries allowed BAS to meet the demands of our customers and to not be handcuffed by the equipment being installed to one company.
